A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Important: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Deposits reserve time specifically for your service and are applied according to the booking terms associated with your appointment.

late arrival policy
Please respect your appointment time. 14K Suede maintains a strict 10-minute grace period.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $15 late fee.
I would recommend the client also determine whether she reserves the right to cancel an appointment after a certain point. For example, 15 or 20 minutes late. Right now, that policy hasn't been provided.
cancellations + no shows
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact 14K Suede as soon as possible.
If there is a no-call/no-show and no attempt has been made to reschedule or provide notice of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.
